GCI Improvements
1km Wind
-Provide Seasonal High Res data for Wind parameters: Average Wind Speed and Wind Departure
-Provide basemaps and insights for the new high res Wind parameters
-Display timeframe limitation messaging below Date Range if a query is entered for longer than 6 months for a Wind parameter
Degree Days
-Integrate six new Degree Day parameters for queries up to 6 months into GCI: Total HDD, HDD Departure, Total CDD, CDD Departure, Total GDD, and GDD Departure
-Provide basemaps and insights for the new Degree Day parameters
-Create predefined timeframe-specific colorscales for GCI basemaps
-Refactor GCI to allow any Parameter to support a sub-parameter and pass the GCC Base and Cap Values for GDD parameters
-Insight Builder popup: Replace select boxes for parameters with input boxes
-Modify GCI Degree Day Units to "XDD (°C) / XDD (°F)"

-Provide a new table with source and refresh info for all parameters by Time Period
-Provide climatology source information in the variables list and table
-Display the last updated date for the MBF column in the table

-Round Temp Anomalies to tenth or quarter of a degree rather than the nearest degree 1°C

-Provide unique insight colors for each parameter in the Insights Dashboard gantt chart
